This is a strategic role focused on supporting the company's commercial operations, marketing initiatives, strategic partnerships, and compliance with listing rules and data protection regulations.DescriptionProvide legal advice and support on a broad range of commercial matters, including marketing campaigns, partnership agreements, vendor contracts, and general business operationsAdvise on data privacy and protection issues, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policiesEnsure ongoing compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, including disclosure obligations, corporate governance, and regulatory filingsDraft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and legal documentsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including marketing, business development, and compliance teamsMonitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the businessProfileQualified lawyer in Hong Kong with at least 7 years of PQESolid experience gained from a combination of reputable law firms and in-house legal teamsStrong knowledge of HKEX Listing RulesProven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plusJob Offer
