Senior Legal Counsel - HK Listed Company

• Advise on compliance with Listing Rules, SFC regulations, and other relevant statutory requirements.
• Liaise with regulators and external counsel on disclosure obligations and corporate governance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to acquisition, development agreements, joint ventures, and commercial legal wor
• Provide legal support throughout the development lifecycle-from site acquisition to project completion.
• Support M&A, financing, and investment transactions related to property assets.
• Advise on corporate structuring, shareholder agreements, and strategic partnerships.
• Identify legal risks and propose practical solutions to mitigate exposure.
• Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

• Qualified solicitor of HK with 8+ years PQE, from reputable law firms, in-house experience will be a plus
• Strong knowledge of listing rules compliance and corporate transactions
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and regulatory matters independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
