
Deputy Head / Head of Trust Administration [Negotiable salary]

- Develop and implement strategic goals, objectives, and operational plans for the Trust Administration Department
- Lead and manage a team to ensure high-quality trust administration and client relationship management
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory trust administration requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance client experience and operational efficiency
- Mentor and develop team members to support their professional growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Business, or related disciplines
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., STEP, HKCGI Chartered membership) are highly preferred
- 10 years or above of experience in trust administration, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong knowledge of trust setup and routine administrative operations
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin required)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Deputy Head of Trust Administration role
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
