Work with trust director and Relationship Managers to formulate the goals, objectives and business operations of the private trust operation.
Effective delivery of trust administration, information system building and client support.
Lead end-to-end development of trust management platforms, covering front-to-back office workflows (e.g., project lifecycle tracking, automated compliance checks, financial reporting, real-time risk monitoring).
Automate operational workflows (e.g., documentation, reporting) to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Proactively diagnose operational bottlenecks (e.g., manual reporting delays, compliance gaps) and take improvement initiatives every quarter.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to trust administration.
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
工作要求
Degree holder in law, accounting, business related discipline or possess relevant professional qualifications such as TEP or CPA is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in trust administration with 3 years in supervisory role preferred.
Good knowledge in trust set-up and routine administrative operation, including trust distribution, addition / removal of beneficiaries, trust restructuring process, reporting, etc.
Proven leadership and team management skills, including working with colleagues from other departments to complete various tasks.
Be open-minded and able to adapt to changing environment.
Proficiency in trust management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a proactive mindset.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must.
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
