You'll strategize and execute initiatives aligned with our brand objectives, focusing on making Watsons Own Brand the customer’s first choice across Asia.A typical day in this Role:Brand Material Creation: Develop innovative packaging design & marketing toolkits to support Own Brand launches, including online & digital content, retail POS materials & displays.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Development, local markets, and marketing agencies to develop and implement brand strategies, product design, and marketing campaigns.Communication & Support : Collaborate with local markets for communication plans and support materials for revenue growth. Track and report results and effectiveness.Brand Gatekeeping: Ensure adherence to brand principles, guidelines, and campaign mandatories.Visibility Maximization: Enhance in-store and online visibility with clear communication materials.Digital Innovation: Develop online materials and digital campaigns to support brand strategies.Budget Management: Maintain and control the marketing budget.Market Monitoring: Track market & product trends, competitor products, CRM data, and consumer insights and integrate into design and toolkits .This job is a good fit for You if:You are a PROBLEM SOLVER.
