Assistant Manager, Segment Marketing

• Provide support on production print solution implementation and on-going support
• Deploy Color Production Printing solution and provide on-going system maintenance on deployed system to customers
• Configure system, provide training to operation, provide technical support and trouble-shooting support, and backup plan to ensure production system is with high availability
• Liaise with regional teams and external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) are met
• Prepare and update technical documentation such as administration and user guides
• Perform technology research for continuous improvement

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering
• 5 years or more experience in technical support & with customer facing support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows/Server or Macintosh OS support
• Know-how in ‘Prepress’ , ‘Digital Printing’ and ‘Desktop Publishing’ will be an advantage
• Sense of Urgency and accuracy of work
• A team player but can work independently in addressing critical production incident
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior System Specialist
