- Responsible for full spectrum of HR support to the HR Operations Team, including data entry.
- Prepare, update and file employment records related to employee lifecycle
- Assist in preparing, planning and executing ad-hoc tasks, projects & events as assigned
- Prepare and maintain HR reports: Collect, compile, and analyse HR data to generate regular reports, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness, which in turn supports the decision-making processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources management or business-related disciplines.
- Familiar with Employment, Employees' Compensation Ordinance, MPF, Taxation and other HR related legislations is preferrable
- Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft office applications (e.g. vlookup, pivot table, mail merge, etc)
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Punctual, detail oriented, positive work attitude, customer oriented, and able to handle multi-tasks with good organizing skills
- This will be a part-time position for around 2-3 days per week
