We aim at enabling them to develop their full potential and to serve the community. We are also committed to promoting a caring Hong Kong society by joining hands together with new arrivals, ethnic minorities and local sectors.新家園協會成立於2010年，服務覆蓋香港與內地，致力服務新來港、少數族裔人士及其他弱勢社群的慈善機構，提供優質及專業的一站式社會服務，協助他們適應和融入新的生活環境，推動他們積極投入和參與香港的建設。以四海一家、和諧共融、互惠互助的精神，促進新來港、少數族裔人士及其他弱勢社群融入社會，共同創建平等關愛的社會助理機構傳訊主任Assistant Corporate Communications Officer (HQ/ACCO)職責：
- 協助執行機構傳訊、媒體及公共關係之相關工作
- 撰寫機構通訊資料，例如：新聞稿、演辭、年報、宣傳資料、更新網頁及其他社交媒體平台等
- 負責基礎創意設計工作，包括用Canva設計宣傳圖像；剪輯宣傳影片用於推廣
- 協調各服務中心，挖掘並撰寫受惠者故事，以提升公眾認知度與機構公信力
- 協助對外聯絡工作，例如製作公司、其他社福機構及政府部門等
- 持傳播學、新聞系、公共關係、市場學或相關學科學位優先
- 具備最少1年傳訊、公共關係、廣告、數碼媒體或新聞等相關範疇的工作經驗，曾於非牟利機構（NGO）從事傳訊工作優先
- 對運營社交媒體有興趣
- 細心、積極主動、具良好溝通及表達技巧
- 能獨立工作、具責任感及組織能力
- 具備優良的中英文書寫能力，粵語、普通話及英語俱佳
- 熟悉應用Canva、Adobe Illustrator、視頻剪輯軟件優先考慮
- 經驗較少者，可考慮聘為機構傳訊助理
