Our client is a prestige financial institution with strong global presenceResponsibilities:Analyze the business process to identify opportunities for new business technologies across various business unitsConduct market research and study to stay updated on latest technologies and best practicesAs a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams , ensuring that solutions are aligned with strategic objectives, user needs, and emerging technology trends.Act as digital product owner and work on business requirement and manage project scope as appropriateSME in Emerging Technology such as GenAI or LLMCreate project plan, monitor timelines and provide stakeholder managementDefine and document functional requirement through Process Definition Documents (PDD)Assist in defining the acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Test (UAT) planningSkilled in process mapping, analysis of as-is and to-be processes, and gap assessmentsProvide general daily supportRequirements:Degree holder with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business StudiesSeasoned experience in banking or insurance industry with solid business analysis experienceA good story tellerExperience in RPA / GenAI / Digital Asset / Data Science is highly preferredKnowledge on Python preferredStrong presentation, negotiation, organization and problem solving skillsAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
