- Process daily accounting transactions (revenue, expenses, vendor invoices).
- Assist in preparing financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain documentation.
- Assist with budgeting, audits, and other tasks as assigned.
- Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (hospitality preferred; fresh graduates may apply).
- Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
