The company is seeking a skilled Senior HR & Admin Executive to join its dynamic team and provide comprehensive generalist support across human resources and administrative functions.Job Description
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for various roles across the organization.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits reporting, ensuring accuracy in payroll data, benefits administration, and compliance with Hong Kong labor laws.
  • Lead or support strategic HR projects, such as the setup of new offices in emerging regions, including workforce planning, policy alignment, and operational integration.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure project milestones align with the company's expansion objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze HR and administrative reports, including headcount, C&B metrics, and project progress updates, for management review.
  • Coordinate corporate events, including logistics, budgeting, and stakeholder communication, to enhance employee engagement.
  • Manage facilities operations, including office maintenance, vendor coordination, and health and safety compliance.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in a commercial or multinational environment.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, compensation and benefits reporting, and employee relations.
  • Experience in managing strategic projects, such as office setups or regional expansions, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders across regions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational setting.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
