  • Associate Degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Merchandising, or related subjects
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, candidate with relevant experience will be an advantage
  • Fluent in Cantonese, good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing

  • Handle the logistic operation arrangement, e.g. I/E shipping document and order processing
  • Prepare and issue invoice, packing list, and other shipping documents
  • Liaise with external and internal parties to follow up order and shipment status
  • Assist in database and inventory management to ensure accurate records
  • Perform other logistic and administrative duties as assigned
