珠寶鑑定所現正誠聘 Customer Service Assistant 客戶服務助理 (MNC, 5-day work week)工作職責：負責款待客戶並協助提供適當的服務，依照保安指示及程序程序進行取石、歸石、分類整理。熟悉鑑定所服務要求；費用表、加急服務和還返時間。禮貌及時地解答不同國籍客人電話及電郵上有關查詢。與內部部門有效溝通以跟進服務程序並將報告發送給客戶。協助部門日常運作及執行主管指派的其他職務。工作地點: 中環及九龍灣甲級辦公室工作時間:- 09:00 – 18:00 (一小時午膳)- 每天工作8小時，五天工作 (週一至週五)職位要求：- 中五/DSE程度，良好粵語、英語、普通話 (會話及閱讀能力)- 1年客戶服務相關工作經驗 (毋須珠寶行業)- 良好的團隊意識及溝通技巧- 懂MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- 富責任感、誠實、主動細心- 經驗較多者會被考慮作客戶服務代表公司福利:- 在職培訓及晉升階梯- 月薪$16,000-$18,000- 13個月糧- 有薪年假14日起 (可達20日)- 放銀行假期- 團體醫療及人壽保障，包括牙科保健及例行身體檢查- 酌情花紅- 免費穿梭巴士 (往來港鐵站及九龍灣辦公大廈)有興趣申請者請按APPLY NOW及提供完整履歷表 / 於辦公時間內WhatsApp或致電92217029與人事部聯絡。Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per monthBenefits:
