- Assist in planning and executing customer engagement campaigns to promote energy-saving programs, smart meter benefits, and smart technology adoption; analyze campaign data to assess impact and customer behavior.
- Support demand response initiatives through communications, stakeholder coordination, system testing, survey design, feedback collection, and data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify unmet needs and propose innovative engagement strategies.
- Help organize events, including booth setup, logistics, and on-site support (including weekends or after-hours).
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and timely execution of initiatives.
- Manage daily operations such as budgeting, inventory control, and schedule planning.
- Perform data analytics tasks to support decision-making.
- A recognized university degree in business management, engineering, marketing, or related disciplines, with a minimum 2 years of relevant working experience; may consider candidates with 1 year of experience of even fresh graduate if they have high potential
- Self-motivated, detail-minded, agile, organised, creative and a good team player with can-do attitude, good communication skills, able to work under tight schedule and willing to meet new challenges
- Proficiency in Excel and Power Bi for data compilation and analysis is a definite advantage
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
