ResponsibilitiesDevelop cloud adoption strategies and plansDesign cloud reference architecture, including application design, infrastructure, and securityAssist with infrastructure migration strategies, such as migrating applications to the cloudBridge communications between IT and business to ensure alignment of technical solutions to business goalsEnsure solution architecture finds a balance between company-wide strategic needs and short-term tactical needsEnsure solution architecture is well integrated holistically and well regarded by stakeholders i.e. lines of business (LOBs), IT development / infrastructure / operations, and ensure compliance with governance processesDrive the enterprise architecture and roadmap definition, including standards and policies, architecture patterns, reference architectures, target state blueprints and roadmap for the relevant domain (i.e. cloud)Work closely and collaborate with other architects to align and co-own the enterprise architecture strategy (for all business and technology domains)Lead analysis of the current IT environment to identify critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvementKeep abreast of the latest trends in technology, industry, and corresponding business domain, analyze market trends to determine their potential impact on the company architecture landscapeSupport and promote the continuous development of AAHK Architecture PracticeQualificationsRequirements
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
Minimum 6 years of IT experience with at least 2 years solution architecture experience
TOGAF certification is preferred
Proficient knowledge and working experience in cloud technologiesIn-depth experience on cloud governance and cloud platform is preferredExposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environment * Experience in Agile Architecture / DevOps is an advantageBeing a motivated, self-driven individual and an experienced consultant with IT solution design backgroundExcellent breadth of thinking, being able to provide pragmatic solutions that consider all relevant constraints whether technical, financial, organizational, risk or capacity basedUnderstanding of aviation business and processes is an advantage * Excellent command of English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
