For more than 76 years we’ve been helping to deliver transformational programmes across the real estate, infrastructure and natural resources sectors, making a difference to people’s lives and ensuring a return on investment for our clients and their investors.Job DescriptionCarry out pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services which includes but not limited to the following duties:To gain a deep understanding of Client’s stakeholders and anticipate their needs.To set up cost management process and ensure implementation among team.To attend key Client’s team meeting and provide strategic guidance on commercial matters and procurement.To set up and implement a value engineering culture and spot opportunities for cost savings when possible.To provide commercial reports to Client and steering committeeTo set up and implement change management.To ensure deliverables are up to standards and records of projects are correctly stored/saved.QualificationsDiploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.Minimum 2 years’ Quantity Surveying experience.Candidates with previous experience in private projects (fit out/retail) or public works projects (Hong Kong Housing Authority / Architectural Services Department) preferred.Excellent communication skill.Proficient in English languages both written and verbal.Proficient in MS Office applications.*Please specify expected salary and availability on resume*All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
