Yrs of Relevant Exp 5.0
Requirements - Have at least five years of experience in the control and operation of computer systems, including helpdesk/computer network operation and PC/LAN support services;
- Have experience in the operation of Windows Network/Servers and installation of PC hardware, software and automation tools;
- Possess good communication and customer service skills;
- Preferably have experience in information technology security
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS);
. 6 months' experience in System Backup Operation (BKO) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Office Automation (OAN) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in customer service (CLS);
. 1 year's experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage.
- At least Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSEE or Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese and English Language (Syl B) in HKCEE or equivalent;
- At least 5 years'relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
