(a) Handling matters relating to the development and daily management of eSSPA
(i) To conduct UAT exercise and data synchronisation between eSSPA & EDB systems
(ii) To review system documentation of eSSPA
(iii) To assist in system testing and routine monitoring, and to provide support for on-going enhancements on eSSPA
(iv) To participate in meetings about eSSPA implementation and maintenance
(b) Promotion, liaising with and providing support to stakeholders of eSSPA
(i) To assist in preparing user manuals / guidelines / FAQs for parents, school users and EDB colleagues
(ii) To provide support on the logistics of briefing sessions to parents, school users and EDB colleagues
(iii) To answer enquiries from EDB colleagues, schools and parents
(iv) To assist in preparing promotional videos for eSSPA
(c) Development and maintenance of chatbot for eSSPA
(i) To assist in managing the question bank for the frequently asked questions related to eSSPA
(ii) To assist in reviewing reports and on-going training of chatbot
(iii) To assist in conducting UAT for chatbot enhancements

Requirements - Experience in control and operation of computer systems;
- Experience in assisting and preparing UAT / conducting pre-UAT;
- Experience in preparing presentation and training materials (such as PowerPoint slides and videos);
- Experience in web design and graphical design;
- Experience in using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Strong analytical and communication skills; and
- Attentive, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently.
Technical Skills:
. At least 6 months' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. 6 months' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Sybase (SYB) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in HTML version before HTML5 (HTM) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 6 months' experience in customer service (CLS);
. At least 6 months' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS);
. At least 6 months' experience in software testing (STM);
. Good written English is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in site preparation (SPE) is an advantage.
- At least Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSEE or Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese and English Language (Syl B) in HKCEE or equivalent;
- At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 5 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
