Accounts Payable Officer (5-day week)

• Perform accounts payable operations, including invoice validation, statement reconciliation, and batch payment processing
• Assist in preparing monthly schedule, month-end closing, and reporting
• Coordinate with other departments to verify and promptly deliver precise financial data
• Prepare bank reconciliation statement and investigate any irregularities
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

• Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting or other related disciplines
• 2-3 years relevant working experience, preferably in hospitality industry
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese
• Proficient in computer skill including MS Excel and Word, with knowledge of Flex system is a definite advantage
• A team player with good problem-solving, self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Immediately available is highly preferred
