Socially Responsible was founded to boost funding rates to high impact locally focused charities in Hong Kong by removing frictions associated with charitable donation and tax-deductible receipt management. For enterprises we aim to improve employee motivation through CSR initiatives, provide value added services via the provision of workforce level data outputs for CSR reporting and stakeholder engagement, a key pain point for enterprises, and through the provision of tax-deductible receipts enable users and the enterprise itself to claim income and profit tax deductions in a straightforward manner.We eschew charging fees to charities or on facilitating donations. Through the provision of data driven value added services to enterprises, we deploy a sustainable funding model that maximizes value for all stakeholders.Our desktop SaaS platform enables:

Backed by secure AWS infrastructure and seamless payment integrations (Stripe), Socially Responsible is redefining CSR for Hong Kong enterprisesThe Role: Strategic Motivated LeadersWe seek passionate professionals to join our Board of Directors and drive the growth of Hong Kong's leading CSR technology platform. This is an Active Role for leaders committed to scaling social impact in Hong Kong.As a Board Member, you will:
  • Guide strategic decisions on platform development, Deployment, partnerships, and governance.
  • Leverage your network to engage corporate clients, donors, and CSR leaders.
  • Advise on financial sustainability, including fundraising and revenue models.
  • Support product innovation with insights on Hong Kong's CSR and tech landscape.
  • Champion our mission to integrate philanthropy into corporate culture.
Who We Are Looking ForIdeal candidates bring expertise in any of the following areas:
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & ESG - Experience in CSR strategy or corporate philanthropy.
  • Technology & SaaS - Knowledge of scalable platforms or fintech solutions.
  • Fundraising & Business Development - Proven ability to secure partnerships or grants.
  • Marketing & Communications - Skills in branding, PR, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Finance, Legal & Compliance - Understanding of nonprofit governance or data regulations.
Expected Commitment
  • Attend quarterly board meetings (virtual/in-person).
  • Dedicate 2-5 hours/month to strategic support.
  • Actively participate in fundraising or partnership initiatives.
