We are currently partnering with a prestigious private equity firm to find an exceptional Operations Manager to join their team in Hong Kong. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned operations professional to step into a high-impact role supporting USD-denominated private equity structures and institutional investors.What does the role involve?As Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone of the fund's operational engine, overseeing fund accounting, investor reporting, compliance, and financial operations. You'll work closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely execution across all fund activities.Key Responsibilities?
  • Manage fund operations including NAV calculations, audits, capital calls, distributions, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee cash management and fund accounting for USD-denominated private equity funds.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (Cayman Islands, SFC, SEC, FATCA, CRS).
  • Liaise with fund administrators, auditors, and other external partners.
  • Prepare and review investor communications and quarterly reports.
  • Support fundraising, divestment, and investor due diligence processes.
  • Maintain and enhance operational controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with investment, legal, and finance teams to streamline operations.
What we're Looking For?
  • Strong understanding of fund structures, LPAs, and cross-border regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting and stakeholder management.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented leader with excellent communication skills.
