A leading international insurance group is seeking a skilled Workplace IT Manager to join its regional office in Hong Kong. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment supporting Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies across Asia.What You’ll DoProvide Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, Power Platform).Manage user accounts, licenses, and device policies via Intune and Entra ID.Oversee the outsourced IT service provider and ensure high-quality service delivery.Maintain IT documentation (SOPs, runbooks, asset lists, etc.).Support audits, business continuity planning (BCP), disaster recovery (DRP), and incident response.Track and manage IT-related invoices and vendor communications.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.7+ years of hands-on experience in modern workplace support, particularly Microsoft 365.Strong skills in troubleshooting, scripting (PowerShell/Python), and cloud applications.Familiarity with identity and access management, networking basics (IP, DNS, DHCP), and hybrid cloud environments.Clear communicator with strong documentation and problem-solving abilities.Microsoft 365 certification is a plus.Interested?
