Can you foster relationships and use people’s stories to drive a truly incredible customer service experience? If so, we now have an opportunity for to join Novotel Citygate Hong Kong.The 440-room Novotel Citygate Hong Kong is located in the center of Tung Chung on Lantau Island. It is a few minutes drive from Hong Kong International Airport, with close proximity to Hong Kong Disneyland, Asia World-Expo and Ngong Ping 360. Connected to both hotels is Citygate Outlet Mall, a shopping and entertainment complex and only a few minutes walk to Tung Chung MTR Station.Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the operation of reception counter
  • Handle guests checking in / out process
  • Maintain a good relationship with customers
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of Opera System is preferred
  • Customer-oriented, good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
