Assistant IT Manager / Senior IT Officer (Accor Hotels)

• Report to Director of Finance and supervise the IT team of the 2 hotels (Novotel Citygate Hong Kong & The Silveri Hong Kong)
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the IT Department and to deliver a prompt and efficient service to all departments in the hotels
• Develop and maintain hotels software management system properly and ensure a smooth computer system functioning without interruption to the hotels daily computer operation
• Deliver high quality service to guests in relating to any IT enquires
• Must be familiar with FIDELIO MC, S&C, PMS, MICROS POS, SUN System, MS Office and MS NT networking
• More experience will be consider as Assistant IT Manager

• Degree holder in relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, 2-3 years of which are in a similar capacity
• Preferably with experience in the hospitality industry
• With experience in Accor hotels a plus
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Local contract terms apply
