Swing Consulting Limited is an IT consulting firm, we provide wide range of IT solution to our customer including software development, IT infrastructure, Network deployment etc. For company development, we are looking for high caliber candidates with matching background and expertise to respond to current opening for the following position.Responsibilities:
  • Provide frontline helpdesk support on IT-related issues through to a ticketing system.
  • General MS Office related support.
  • Perform first tier troubleshooting with on-site and remote tools.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties.
  • Assist in performing any other IT duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline.
  • At least one year working experience in related IT field is preferable.
  • Knowledge on Windows, Office 365, other Microsoft is must.
  • Prior experience in providing technical support to clients over the phone will be a definite advantage.
  • Good command on written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
