- Supervise and monitor the daily operations of the branch to ensure compliance with established internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Maintain the prescribed security controls and handle accounting and sundry matters of the branch
- Lead, coach and motivate the operations team to deliver quality customer service and cross-sell bank products and services
- Cultivate long-term relationship with customers and refer potential business opportunities to branch sales
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Diploma holder or above
- Minimum 10 years of branch operations experience on counter transaction, cash management, account opening, and AML reporting in the banking industry preferably with supervisory experience
- Passes in HKSI & IIQE licensing examinations preferred, but not a must
- Sound knowledge of branch operations and able to lead a team to ensure excellent service delivery
- Strong technical knowledge of the Bank’s products and services
- Good understanding of relevant branch policies, procedures, practices, rules and sales compliance requirements
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, and able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing
