  • Cut, polish, and process gemstones in our state-of-the-art facilities located in China, India, and Thailand
  • Serve a diverse international clientele across China, Europe, Hong Kong, Japan, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Thailand, and the USA
  • To support our expanding global operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping Clerk to join our Hong Kong office.
Position: Shipping ClerkResponsibilities:
  • Coordinate air shipments and liaise with courier companies
  • Handle import/export declarations and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate shipping records
  • Review courier invoices and arrange timely payments
  • Collaborate closely with the Shipping Supervisor and a small team of two
Requirements:
  • Secondary school graduate (Form 5 or above)
  • Minimum 2 years of shipping experience in trading or manufacturing sectors
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
  • Familiarity with air freight logistics preferred
  • Experience in fine jewellery or gemstone industry is a plus
  • Exposure to overseas markets, particularly the US and Europe, is desirable
