- Handle full set of I/E shipping independently
- Check invoice from supplier.
- Order fulfilment & ensure accurate data input & system record
- Liaise with related internal sales offices and vendors
- Assist in daily warehouse activities and contribute to efficient inventory management
- Coordinate delivery and evaluate carrier performance
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma or above in any discipline with at least 3 years in Toys or Seasonal decor or Furniture in Trading
- Handle full set of shipping documents
- Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficiency with MS office
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
