We are now looking for high caliber candidates to fill the position of Customer Services Officer.Job Description

Provide professional consultation and product knowledge
Maintain and build up customer relationship through school visit, call and email
Deliver great customer experience and follow-up service to fulfil customer satisfaction
Collect and consolidate customer’s feedback to improve the product/ service offerings and process
Update and record customer’s data and activities in a regular basis
Explore up-sell opportunities with potential clients and assist to achieve sales target

Job Requirement

High diploma or above in any disciplines;
1-2 years or above of solid working experience in Customer services or Sales (More experienced candidates will be considered as senior position)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Quick learner and a team player
Proactive and willing to work independently
Proficiency in MS Office, including Chinese word-processing
Prior related function in the education industry an advantage
