This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 24 months with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.Responsibilities
Manage and govern the IT Change Programme to ensure successful delivery of the 50+ change initiatives from the IT Operating Model review. Keep track the progress of the implementation and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders
Provide guidance and advice to the project teams – as leader, to mentor and support project managers and teams, ensuring that they have the necessary support and guidance to achieve their goals
Conduct regular project healthiness checks for selected projects to evaluate the quality, governance, project management practices etc. Provide feedback and recommend improvement areas to project managers
Provide support to project / project teams in implementing standard project management practices and agile adoption, such as agile coaching/ training. Manage and promote Agile methodologies and mindset to the responsible project teams. Understand the latest project management practice / toolkits / templates and provide continuous enhancement to AAIT project management practices
Provide support to the Senior Manager, IT Programme and Change Management to review the cross functional / departmental strategic initiatives. Identify interdependencies and priorities of various initiatives, orchestrate the sequences or KPI for measurement and benefit tracking. Provide project management support to cross-functional / departmental IT strategic initiatives
Identify and manage potential risks that could impact the success of the IT Change Programme
QualificationsRequirements
University Degree or equivalence in Computer Science/ Engineering, Information Technology / Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years of experience leading complex programme management initiatives, preferably within large-scale IT transformation or digital transformation programs
Experience in PMO with professional certifications in program/project management such as PMP/PRINCE2 is preferred
Experience in Agile methodologies with certifications (SAFe, Professional Scrum Master or equiv) will be an advantage
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities to effectively present and influence senior leadership and capable of conveying complex information clearly to diverse audiences
Ability to analyze complex situations and make timely decision is essential
Sound leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams through change
Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong learning agility in a fast-paced dynamic environment
