  • Provide technical support for cloud ,SCCM, VMware, Linux -based systems, applications, and infrastructure.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud services, networking, storage, and security.
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
  • Assist in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Document support processes, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
  • Assist users with access management, permissions, and cloud service-related queries
  • Handle incidents, services and change requests
Job Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or above qualifications
  • 2 year or above experience in infrastructure , experience with SCCM, Vmware, Linux Cloud AD / Networking , Microsoft 365 administration (Account modification/license assignment), VM ware, Linux
  • knowledge and experience of MacOS support
  • ITIL Foundation Certification holder is an advantage
  • Candidate with SCCM experience would be advantaged
  • Fluent Cantonese , English and Putonghua
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
