System Support Engineer - IC

• Maintain system, servers, networks, security equipment
• Provide on-site support in installation, repairing and preventive maintenance to customer
• Responsible for installing, troubleshooting and maintenance on application, operation systems, network and server issue
• Provide technical support to technical team

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 2 years working experience of user desktop, computer operation support, network and server
• Hands-on project experience in servers, routers, switches, Firewall, VPN, LAN, WAN
• Proven solid knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Server and Print Server
• Good command of Chinese and English, Putonghua a plus
• Willing to work at customer sites
