- Support the team's executives in managing schedules, communications, domestic and international travel, and document, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency
- Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, vendor coordination, office seat management, and employee leave management
- Handle basic finance processing, department expense tracking, and budget reconciliation of senior leaders in team
- Draft, edit and manage reports, presentations, and executive correspondence with precision and alignment to organizational goals
- Act as a point of contact between senior executives, internal/external stakeholders, and visitors, ensuring seamless communication and professional visitor support
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant to senior executive in large organization or banks.
- Experience in managing team administration, floor management and event management will be a plus
- Proficiency in office management systems and procedures, especially systems for schedule management, expense management and procurement management etc.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
