About the job HR & Admin Assistant ManagerAbout the company: Our client is a fast-growing, well-established Japanese company with a strong global presence in the high-end retail sector.Job Title: HR & Admin Assistant Manager
Location: Sheung Shui
Working hours: Mon- Fri 9:00-18:00
Salary: Depends on experienceKey Responsibilities
  • Handle payroll operations with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate and conduct recruitment interviews
  • Manage general administrative duties such as office supplies ordering, inventory control, and liaising with insurance companies and external vendors
  • Assist senior management with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related fields
  • Native Cantonese with good common in English and Mandarin
  • Conversational level of Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)is sufficient
  • Previous experience working in a Japanese company is highly preferred
  • Understanding of Japanese business practices and workflow
  • Flexible and adaptable to different working styles without being overly rigid
