Working hours: Mon- Fri 9:00-18:00
Salary: Depends on experienceKey Responsibilities
- Handle payroll operations with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate and conduct recruitment interviews
- Manage general administrative duties such as office supplies ordering, inventory control, and liaising with insurance companies and external vendors
- Assist senior management with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related fields
- Native Cantonese with good common in English and Mandarin
- Conversational level of Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)is sufficient
- Previous experience working in a Japanese company is highly preferred
- Understanding of Japanese business practices and workflow
- Flexible and adaptable to different working styles without being overly rigid
