An excellent start of career in a listed multinational corporation to deliver the best in class B2B services to safeguard quality
Provide business-to-business services to our clients of world top brands of toys, juvenile products and consumer goods about product quality
Handle client’s enquiries
Coordinate between external clients and internal technical colleagues to monito the progress of testing projects and all related events
On-the-job training will be provided
Assist in any ad hoc job tasks as assigned

The Person

Higher Diploma or Degree holder in any disciplines
At least 1 year customer services working experience
Good command in English, knowledge in Mandarin an advantage
Self-initiated and be a good team player
Possess strong client services mindset
Immediate availability is preferred
Fresh graduate and IANG will also be considered
More experience will be considered as Senior Client Services Executive
