We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate to support our Quality Assurance (QA) Manager and ensure compliance with industry standards in our dynamic frozen food wholesale environment. This role is ideal for organized individuals passionate about food safety and quality systems.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the QA Manager in implementing and maintaining Quality Assurance systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections of products, storage facilities, and processes to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  • Support documentation control (SOPs, HACCP plans, audit reports, COAs).
  • Perform hygiene and sanitation checks, temperature monitoring, and supplier audits.
  • Assist in internal audits and prepare for external certifications (ISO 22000, HACCP).
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities; recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to uphold QA protocols.
Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with ISO 22000 and HACCP principles is essential.
  • Approximately 1 year of relevant working experience in food manufacturing/processing, food safety, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates in Food Science with relevant internship/project experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability and ability to multitask.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese essential, Mandarin an advantage).
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and a good team player.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
