This role is ideal for organized individuals passionate aboutfood safety and quality systems.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesAssist the QA Manager in implementing and maintaining Quality Assurance systems.Conduct routine inspections of products, storage facilities, and processesto ensure compliance with food safety standards.Support documentation control (SOPs, HACCP plans, audit reports, COAs).Perform hygiene and sanitation checks, temperature monitoring, and supplier audits.Assist in internal audits and prepare for external certifications (ISO 22000, HACCP).Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities; recommend corrective actions.Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to uphold QA protocols.RequirementsDiploma or above in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.Familiarity with ISO 22000 and HACCP principles is essential.Approximately 1 year of relevant working experience in food manufacturing/processing, food safety, quality assurance, or a related field.Fresh graduates in Food Science with relevant internship/project experienceare encouraged to apply.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solvingability and ability to multitask.Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese(Cantonese essential, Mandarin an advantage).Proactive, eager to learn, and a good team player.Immediate availability is an advantage.What We OfferCompetitive salary & performance bonus5-day work weekOn-the-job training in food safety systems and quality management.Career development opportunities in food safety and quality managementStable and supportive working environment.Salary:15,000-20,000Interested parties, please send your resume with full particulars including qualification,working experience, earliest date available, current & expected salary towith subject: "Application for [OA Assistant] - [Your Name]".Only shortlisted candidates will be offered an interview.
