Ramada Hong Kong Harbour View is a 38-storeys high-rise hotel with 432 guest rooms located on Queen’s Road West in Hong Kong Island. Most of the rooms are facing the famous Victoria Harbour adopting a modern chic design with dining facilities and a roof top swimming pool.We are looking for high-caliber individual to join our Family.(We Offer 5-Day Work Week!)Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for assigning daily work schedules;
  • Monitor daily room cleaning progress and cleanliness quality with special attention to VIP blocked room;
  • Spot-checks occupied and vacant guest rooms after cleaning;
  • Ensures all public and back of the house areas are regularly sprayed by outside pest control contractor;
  • Participate in the training and guidance of new employees;
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints and provide solutions;
  • Assist with safety inspections and training
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' in hotel Housekeeping operations;
  • Good interpersonal skills and experence to supervise Room Attendants;
  • Good command of spoken in English, Chinese and Putonghua
