Our client is a renowned company in Tourism industry. They are seeking a Customer Service Officer - B2C to join the dynamic team.Responsibilities:

Professionally manage phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from members and clients, providing effective solutions.
Provide high-quality customer service to members and other stakeholders.
Oversee all administrative tasks related to membership.
Prepare monthly billing and reports promptly.
Carry out any additional tasks as assigned.
Shift duties required (8:30am - 5pm or 10am - 7pm).

Requirements:

Diploma or above
Preferred experience in customer service related duties, B2C would be a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Japanese (N1 level preferred, N2 would be considerd).
