- Assist in the supervision of daily operations of Reply Letters Team, handle written enquiries/ correspondences from various units/ external parties, e.g. regulatory bodies, solicitors, etc.
- Perform acceptance tasks for deceased’s account(s) / court order against the customer account(s) status in the front-end CRM System, handle e-Cert application and renewal
- Ensure the working procedures and workflow are in compliance with the external regulations and internal guidelines
- Take up other duties and projects as assigned
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Management or related disciplines with 10 years of relevant experience in banking industry
- Familiar with banking general operations and regulatory requirements
- Confident, attentive to details, team work and able to work independently with good interpersonal skills
- Good English writing skills, proficient in MS Office applications including English and Chinese word processing
- Work location: Kowloon Commerce Centre (5-minute walking distance from MTR Kwai Hing Station)
