Responsibilities
  • Manage the executive's business calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings, itinerary preparation, and hotel reservations using corporate rates. Be ready to make last-minute adjustments when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support such as billing, filing, claims processing, and receipt management.
  • Organize meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Be available for urgent tasks and standby support, ensuring critical needs are met efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to last-minute tasks and changing priorities.
