Reporting to the Manager, Fund Services, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong.This role is predominately focused on our fund administration and investment structuring services, with the goal of developing and maintaining a network of prospects and translating those prospects into clients.Key responsibilities:
  • Handle accounting functions including NAV, PL reporting, year-end financial statements and other fund and investor related reports
  • Prepare capital calls and distribution calculation
  • Provide logistics support on bank account opening, KYC review and other fund administration duties as assigned
  • Coordinate between investors, fund managers and custodians for resolving any issues that may arise
  • To maintain and submit accurate daily timesheets on billable hours • Assist in handing ad hoc projects when required
Key requirements:
  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • At least 4-5 years of related fund accounting experience in either Private Equity or Hedge Fund
  • Optimistic, self-driven and positive attitude individual
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with a good command of Chinese
  • Client focused and detail-oriented
