- Manage executives' calendars, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events
- Handle itineraries, flight and hotel arrangements, visas and forex processing for the team
- Coordinate and administer the logistics associated with the board meetings
- Provide assistance on presentation materials preparation
- Track business expenses and prepare expense reports
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Minimum 3 years of experience in secretarial and/or administrative experience
- Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Detail-minded and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Effective communication skills are key (written and verbal)
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
