Manage and coordinate among stakeholders on system contingency planning and operations drill execution results
Oversee all sub-projects, engage in the project development cycle of IT project teams on improving the system monitoring capability and alignment to operation standards, ensuring seamless deployment and stability
Establish and maintain standards, procedures and automated tools for IT Operational knowledge management
Oversee the daily operations, maintenance and strategic planning of data center facilities and activities
Plan and manage resources and facilities to support infrastructure enhancement. Adhere to detailed deployment schedules and review the system change packages
Assessing major system changes, analyzing risks and service impacts to end users
Review and update all existing operating procedures and O&M manuals
Build and maintain the operational dashboards to support decision making of IT Operations
Drive and implement any improvement and automation projects for the IT Operations team
Manage in-sourced contractor's tasks and performance
Liaise and coordinate with a diverse range of internal/external stakeholders, contractors and suppliers in relation to planning, project management and support functions
QualificationsRequirements:
Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or other relevant disciplines
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience on IT systems, including operation, technical support and project management etc. At least 1-2 years proven experience with data center management
Certification in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP) are preferred
Holder of Hong Kong driving license preferred
Knowledge in DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) applications
Strong analytical, problem solving, leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of VB, Java, HTML is preferably
Good spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua preferred
