Position: R&D Manager
  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced R&D Manager to lead our research and development initiatives.
  • This role is pivotal in driving innovation and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute R&D strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of engineers and researchers to foster innovation and performance.
  • Product Development: Oversee the full lifecycle of product development—from concept to commercialization.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and identify opportunities, especially in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage R&D budgets and optimize resource allocation.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Reporting: Present progress reports and outcomes to senior management.
  • Innovation Monitoring: Stay informed on industry advancements and competitor activities.
  • Customer Insight: Integrate customer feedback into product improvements.
  • Travel: Based in Guangdong with occasional travel to Southeast Asia for project oversight and team collaboration.
Ideal Candidates
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of R&D experience, preferably in the sensor or electronics industry.
  • Proven track record in leading successful projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of sensor technologies and applications.
  • Familiarity with market dynamics in the US, EU, SE Asia, and the Middle East.
