  • Our manufacturing facilities are located in Dongguan, China and Vietnam.
Position: Sales Manager
  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in emerging markets.
  • This is an individual contributor role that involves close collaboration with the business owner to drive strategic growth.
Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand market presence, especially in Europe and ASEAN
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive insights in emerging markets.
  • Product Expertise: Stay informed on sensor technologies and applications to effectively communicate product value.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with R&D, production, and marketing teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals to maximize profitability.
  • Travel: Travel is required to China, Southeast Asia, and other overseas markets for client visits and business development.
  • Leadership Partnership: Work directly with the business owner to align sales initiatives with overall company strategy.
Ideal Candidates
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the sensor or electronics industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Familiarity with sensor applications across multiple industries
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics in ASEAN, the Middle East, and other emerging regions
  • Engineering background is a strong advantage
