- Responsible for the planning and execution of the change management process of the revamped performance management cycle and tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track the progress of the performance management cycle.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new HR systems, tools, or processes to ensure functionality meets business requirements.
- Develop training and communication materials to employees and managers on the new performance management process and tool.
- Work closely with HRBP team to gather feedback and insights on the new performance management tool.
- Provide administrative support, including documentation and coordinating project activities.
- Support talent management activities, HR digitalization initiatives, and ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
- University graduate
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Human Resources or related field
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Hands on experience in developing training and communication materials
- Creative and digital savvy
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in oral and written English, Cantonese
