In this role, you will support the performance management mechanism and the implementation of a revamped performance management process and tool, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of the change management process of the revamped performance management cycle and tools.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track the progress of the performance management cycle.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new HR systems, tools, or processes to ensure functionality meets business requirements.
  • Develop training and communication materials to employees and managers on the new performance management process and tool.
  • Work closely with HRBP team to gather feedback and insights on the new performance management tool.
  • Provide administrative support, including documentation and coordinating project activities.
  • Support talent management activities, HR digitalization initiatives, and ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
Requirement:
  • University graduate
  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Human Resources or related field
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Hands on experience in developing training and communication materials
  • Creative and digital savvy
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in oral and written English, Cantonese
