- Providing all-rounded Human Resources support, including office administration, employee relations, and training.
- Coordinating interview arrangements to facilitate the recruitment process.
- Assisting with employee life cycle formalities, including onboarding, separation documents, and benefits administration.
- Supporting daily administrative duties, such as procurement, payment requests, and facility maintenance.
- Preparing and maintaining staff personnel files and performing filing tasks.
- Managing training requests and coordinating logistics for training sessions.
- Offering ad hoc support as needed to ensure the effective functioning of the department.
- Please note that this position is offered on a 1-year contract basis, subject to renewal.
- University graduate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking or insurance industry.
- Strong team player with a detail-oriented and self-motivated approach, alongside excellent prioritization skills.
- Proficient command of English and Chinese.
- Assisting in various human resources functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Providing employee relations support by organizing staff activities and managing voluntary service initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor ordinances and regulations.
- Participating in various HR projects and undertaking ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- The employment is offered on a 2-year contract term, subject to renewal.
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Attention to detail with strong numerical sensitivity and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficient command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Competent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
