The successful candidates will play a key role in coordinating various HR functions and ensuring smooth operational processes within the team.Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing all-rounded Human Resources support, including office administration, employee relations, and training.
  • Coordinating interview arrangements to facilitate the recruitment process.
  • Assisting with employee life cycle formalities, including onboarding, separation documents, and benefits administration.
  • Supporting daily administrative duties, such as procurement, payment requests, and facility maintenance.
  • Preparing and maintaining staff personnel files and performing filing tasks.
  • Managing training requests and coordinating logistics for training sessions.
  • Offering ad hoc support as needed to ensure the effective functioning of the department.
  • Please note that this position is offered on a 1-year contract basis, subject to renewal.
Requirements:
  • University graduate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking or insurance industry.
  • Strong team player with a detail-oriented and self-motivated approach, alongside excellent prioritization skills.
  • Proficient command of English and Chinese.

Requirements:
