- Recent graduate in 2026 or within the last two years with under 2 years of post-graduation work experience
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in any field of study
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.5 or equivalent honors
- Exhibit a strong grasp of commercial dynamics and a keen interest in global financial markets
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Develop a profound understanding of Hong Kong's financial market ecosystem
- Spearhead diverse projects aimed at identifying and executing pioneering initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative business and technological solutions
- Contribute to shaping Hong Kong's capital markets infrastructure through strategic projects across divisions
- Experience rotational opportunities across various functions, supporting HKEX's business and operational endeavors
