Through immersive training and exposure to regulatory authorities, you will be at the forefront of upholding governance and regulatory best practices.Qualifications:
- Recent graduate in 2026 or within the last two years with under 2 years of post-graduation work experience
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in any field of study
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.5 or equivalent honors
- Demonstrate a keen interest in regulatory affairs and a commitment to upholding compliance standards
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of Hong Kong's financial regulatory landscape
- Lead projects focused on ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing best practices
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to develop effective regulatory solutions
- Contribute to strengthening Hong Kong's capital markets infrastructure through regulatory excellence initiatives
- Explore rotational opportunities across functions, supporting HKEX's regulatory and compliance efforts
- Engage with senior management and industry regulators to expand your professional network
